There! I’ve done my duty as a health coach. Do this, and you’ll notice a significant change next week, I promise.

If it’s soooo easy then why did I struggle soooo hard to do it?
Why couldn’t I actually do the things that I knew would help me lose weight and feel better?
Why did I resist eating vegetables and fight getting my butt off the couch?
Oh, I remember now.
Because I was sad, tired, and stressed to the max with all my work and family responsibilities.
I decided being healthy was hard and took too much time.
I never made myself a priority.
So I kept participating in daily habits and eating foods that kept me feeling emotionally low.
I would feel sad, eat donuts. Feel guilty, drink soda. Feel tired, watch hours of TV. Feel frustrated,
stay up way too late scrolling through Facebook.
Once in a while, I would try the latest dieting trend, fail, and go back to being sad.
It was a vicious cycle!
I couldn’t get to a place where it was possible for me to create healthy habits because my mind
constantly blocked my efforts.
Then, I became a certified Health and Life Coach and learned the importance
of self-awareness to heal our mind and body.
I developed my own special mindset process, followed it daily,
and lost 25 pounds!
I was even able to heal my depression.
I am the healthiest and happiest I have ever been!
I love my life, I love my body, and I am always striving to BE MORE of who I truly am.
Since then, I’ve developed a unique coaching experience combining mindset and mindful eating work, 1:1 coaching, and group coaching for my clients.

When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now. The Main Modules open on a weekly basis, however, journal prompts open on a daily basis.
How long do I have access to the course?
For as long as the course is available. After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like, as long as it is available - across any and all devices you own. However, you will be removed from the Facebook group and no longer receive group coaching after the 3 months. I reserve the right to add/delete/change information in the course at any time. In the future, I reserve the right to delete the course.
What if I Want 1:1 Coaching?

Obviously, the investment will be higher. But so will your success because you get 1:1 personalized attention from me 1X per week where we dive even deeper into your struggle and get clear on how you can succeed.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
This coaching course is a BIG commitment to yourself, one that you may not be able to fully grasp if I were to allow you a way to back out of it. Therefore, I do not issue refunds.
